1. Advisory Scope & Delivery Standards
ACS delivers independent business and technology advisory, packaged diagnostics, and technical implementation. Delivery standards (including 5-day discovery and 2-week roadmaps) represent target operational timelines contingent on prompt client feedback and access.
2. Intellectual Property
Proprietary ACS frameworks (including ACS Business DNA, Intelligence Stack, and AI Opportunity Matrix) remain the intellectual property of ACS. Bespoke software architectures, codebases, and configurations engineered specifically for the client transfer to the client upon full project settlement.
3. Limitation of Speculative Liability
ACS provides expert technical and management consulting based on rigorous diagnostic criteria. Clients retain ultimate fiduciary responsibility for organizational capital allocation decisions.
