1. Enterprise Data Confidentiality
AI Consultancy Services (“ACS”) operates under strict non-disclosure obligations. All client proprietary documentation, process maps, data repositories, and strategic roadmaps shared with ACS remain the exclusive property of the client.
2. AI Model Training & Zero-Retention
ACS strictly adheres to zero-data-retention and zero-training protocols. Client operational data is never fed into public foundation models, third-party training datasets, or shared benchmarking pools without explicit, written client consent.
3. Information Collected via Discovery Funnel
When you submit a consultation request or schedule a discovery session, we collect your name, corporate email address, organization name, role, and operational brief. This information is utilized solely to prepare our senior partners for the discovery discussion.
